I helped define the product strategy for Intel Sports' partnership with the NFL. 

2018 - 2019, I had led a team to design and develop a spectrum of experiences using volumetric video from passive to interactive, 2D to 3D. 
But which experiences should be in the first product?

In accordance with our NFL partnership, I led a team of marketing professionals, UX researchers and developers to design, develop and test various volumetric video streaming experiences to better understand consumer attitudes regarding features desired in a streaming volumetric video app.
We built a mobile test application in Unity and tested with 6 focus groups of NFL fans in 2 major NFL markets over the course of 8 weeks. 
This study was reported out to the Product and Executive Leadership teams in both Intel Sports and the NFL, directly influencing the core feature set of the NFL Volumetric Video Streaming App. Using near real-time data, the app began beta testing in select NFL markets in the fall of 2020.
